The innovative design concept of the integrated lithium-ion battery enables you to achieve greater performance with reduced energy consumption. Stacking, loading / unloading and manoeuvrability, both inside and out, reach new heights of productivity and efficiency.

Greater capacity

The ability to divide the Li-ion battery into modules allows a more flexible counterweight, taking up less space than a lead-acid battery - and in the case of the ETV 216i Reach truck, results in a shorter, more compact truck with greater residual capacity.

Ergonomic design

The Li-ion battery modules can be freely positioned, creating much improved ergonomics. The truck is consistently designed around the operator, providing more legroom, freedom of movement, wider seats or improved visibility.

Compactness

The new battery design ensures that overall, the forklift trucks have a more compact and slender appearance. They are narrower, more agile and can manoeuvre confidently even in the tightest of spaces.

Increased performance

Optimised design ensures that all models are smaller but more powerful. The ETV 216i impresses with a 23 percent improvement in lift speed compared with equivalent conventional models. The new design also significantly increases pallet throughput performance.

Improved energy efficiency

Fast charging and intermediate charging: In just 30 minutes, 24-V batteries can be recharged by up to 50 percent – ideal for preparing the truck for an afternoon’s work during the lunch break.
